At max-porno.net, We do our best to deliver a good service and product to our customer, We keep our member areas updated so that there always are new video content, at least once each month.

Movies

We don't have millions of small video clips, as these can be found anywere on the web today. But, we provide our customers with full length quality movies, from some of the most known destributers in the adult industry and we update these movie each month. We garanti at least 100 hours of new movie each month.

The movie quality is high, but as the movies are streamed they are compressed in various formats. The quality is not the same as a DVD movie, there would simply be to much waiting time for our customer if that were the case. We have done our best to deliver the video quality that our customers demand, so one of the features that we have are the abillity for the customer to choose his connection speed to fit the movie resolution.

We wish for all our customers to have a good experience, and we do listen to what customers have to say. We therefore take constructive critic into consideration, and we are happe to provide our help regarding any question that you have, and we will do our best to answer them. But, all the technical knowledge that we have has also been put into help sections in different areas of max-porno.net.

Access Problems

I have lost my Username/Password

Then write your E-mail address in the lower field in the form at this page, you will then receive an E-mail message with the related information. If you have typed in a wrong E-mail address when signing up, please write to our support and supply them with as much information about you as possible, and what point in time you signed up.

I can't Login

We have done a lot to make our member area as easy accessible as possible, by placing the security on our servers instead of your PC, but problems regarding login can still happen. Below is written some of the issue that can cause problems when trying to login.

Is your subscription still active, have you been able to login earlier?
You can login to our client area: here, and see if you have an active subscription.

Are you sure you are typing the exsact Username/Password that you have?
You may try twice ;), after that you may read the above chapter "I have lost my Username/Password"

Cokies
We are by security related means using cokies, and some of these cokies are provided by thirdparty wich can cause problems in your firewall and in your browser. The cokies may be blocked by Internet Explorer (you browser), do the following to allow these cookies:
If you see the following Eye-icon in the bottom of your browser, it is because it blocks cokies eye_icon, double click the icon and a new window will appear, double click on the cookies(URL's) that you want to remove from the blocking, then a new window will appear, then choose to "always allow" cokies from this URL and click "OK".

Firewall
Your firewall can also cause trouble, and also be blocking thirdparty cokies. We have had several experiences with ZoneAlarm causing some issues, but this may also be issues in other firewall's. The following instructions have been sent to us by a user:

Click the "privacy"
Click "Cookie Control"
Then click the "Custom"
- Remove the check mark from "Block 3rd party cookies"

If you are in doubt about, if it is your firwall causing login problems, then try and shut it down temporarily while logging in and se if it solves the problem, if not, it ain't your firewall that troubles.

Do you have a Childe Safe filter?
If you have experienced similar problems accessing erotic/adult sites/video/pictures before, this may be the problem. Then you have to find the Child Safe filter, but it may be incorporated in other software in your machine or with your Internet provider. We surgest that you start looking in the following order:
Your browser (Internet Explorer eller Firefox) then in your security package(ex. McAfee, Norton..)/firewall, and then at your Internetprovider.

At your work place
Companies often have a very restrictive firewall, wich means that not all content is allowed going through to your PC, so if you are able to login at home, and not at your work, this may be the issue. There is not much to do about that, if you are not the director of the company ;).

Your Internet browser?
This should not be the cause of the problem if all Cokies are allowed (check the above chapter about cokies). But, you may have a look at the settings in your browser, to se if there should be some restriktive or unusual settings here.
Go to the menu:
Tools -> Internet Options and have a look at the sections and check that the settings look "normal".

Technical issues
It is also important that you have the latest relavant software installed on your system (Windows Media player 9 and above should do), and a relatively new browser.
